Blue Tits are one of those birds that I think, everyone knows? They are everywhere and (almost) everyone has seen them.
We have four members of the Tit family on the patch and all four visit the garden from time to time, we get Blue, Great, Coal and Long-tailed Tits on the patch
I'd almost say we see Blue Tits every day, they are non-stop, constant workers, always flitting around quickly, that was in our hedge in 2024, I have mentioned elsewhere that I now have a feeding post that I visit and drop off a few morsels ....
Another bird that disappears for a short while, pairing up, nesting and raising young but, we still get them almost every day.
They can be very tame and approachable, I left some food on another fence post a few times and I walked by there and this happened.
That bird hopped onto the nearest bush, watching me, then hopped towards me so much, I had to back off to get all the shots.
And as for cute?
When I started this diary, I searched for Blue Tit photos, I have 100 edited images on my drive .... how many unedited?
