I'm going to use this site to collect up those images of the birds on the patch, that I have managed to capture.
The "patch" is an area surrounding where we live that I walk on most days and stretches a mile or more in a couple of directions; it has mixed woodland, reed beds, scrub land covered in Gorse, fields and ponds, what more could I ask for?
Over the five years we have now lived here I have spotted and photographed a great array of birds and wildlife so I plan to share some of those here, not always great shots, more a diary of what can be seen on the patch.
